Autumn is a
time for shedding the old and recuperation. I like to apply this to skin care
as well, as we slow down on the partying and begin to yearn for hot cocoa,
snuggly coats/boyfriends, and wooly socks.
Autumn is
about resting and protecting your skin. The changing climate affects your skin,
making it prone to sensitivities and imbalances. The onslaught of summer
(alcohol, fierce sunshine, salty water, sweat, party makeup) is coming to an
